We prefer not to use the word 'organic' as this stipulates certain methods and practices that we are not in agreement with, such as not "dipping" the sheep (which prevents blow fly larva), and not giving cattle the necessary veterinary injections. There are differing qualities in all methods of animal rearing, and needless to say we buy only from the best producers around the country to ensure that we get the highest quality possible.
