Apples from New Zealand!

Not sure what Apples from New Zealand are doing in a farm shop in Surrey, it makes you wonder how local any of the unlabled produce is?? What a shame as surely this really does go against what I am sure most people think the concept of a 'farm shop' should be about...No doubt some of the other Apples were British but I did not think that I needed to check. If only I had realised before I unpacked them at home, I would have gone down the raod to Tesco and bought some clearly labled British ones.
