WHAT LOCAL BUTCHER SHOULD BE

Richardson's is the kind of 'old fashioned' butcher everyone wants to have in their nieghbourhood. Come Saturday, they are queuing to collect their joints, roasts and sausages. The service is friendly and efficient from big rosey faced chaps with aprons - a visit is an experience in itself. Richardson's are passionate about meat, they even, so I'm informed, have thier own herd of beef in Scotland.
