too good for vegetarians

where to start! the only drawback is the queue, but even that is softened by the invariably cheery greeting awaiting you from one of the butchers and the time spent gazing at all of the yummy and varied produce in the window. I can honestly say that i have never had a less than outstanding piece of meat from here and once you have tried it you won't buy supermarket meat again. Worth travelling to, wherever you live.

Mackens what can I say! Outstanding produce and excellent service. These guys even give me chicken carcasses for my dog. The meat is not only of outstanding quality here but the butchers know how to cook it! All advice given and they prepare all joints for you to the highest standards. I can't recommend it enough and it is well worth travelling to! I am lucky, I live nearby but I would travel for produce of this quality. Wonderful!!
